It is not often that I feel compelled to write to a supplier and thank them for providing such excellent service but I am so impressed with our new website, I felt I had to thank you for doing such an excellent job.

The site was created in record time and has been a significant part of the rapid growth of our business. I have received numerous compliments regarding both the design and functionality of the site, perhaps none as important as the accolade from our USA principals.

However what really prompted me to write to you was the comment made by our Insurance Broker. He was concerned that it may be impossible for such a new company to obtain Product Liability Insurance for imports from the USA, so it came as a welcome surprise when he obtained the cover and at a very good premium.

He told me that the Underwriters thoroughly checked all of our products on our website and concluded that “any company that had such a professional website would not be importing inferior quality products”!

With that development alone, our website has already paid for itself.

As an importer and wholesaler, we have no “physical” presence such as a shopfront that acts as the frontline introduction for our customers. This makes the website even more important as it is the first point of contact for our retailers looking for product.

So thank you for doing such a good job and getting it right first time—it was money well spent and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone looking to create a first impression.
